Battle Oath - Party RPG: Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Battle Oath is a single-player game by Big Oath Games. This page explains what happens to your information when you play it.
What we collect
Nothing. The game has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no in-app purchases, and it doesn't send any information over the internet. We don't collect, store or share personal data, and we have no servers that receive it.
What stays on your device
Your game progress (heroes, gear, gold, battles won) and your settings are saved on your phone or tablet so you can pick up where you left off. They never leave the device through the game. Uninstalling the game deletes them.
If you've turned on your device's own backup (for example Android's backup to your Google account), your device may include the game's save in that backup. That backup is handled by your device and its provider under their privacy terms; we can't see it.
The game's "Save backup" option shows your save as a text code that you can copy. It goes only where you choose to paste it.
The beta
If you email us to join the beta, we use your email address only to invite you to the test on Google Play and to reply to you. We don't share it or add it to a mailing list, and we delete it on request.
Children
The game isn't directed at children under 13 and collects no information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If a future version adds anything that changes this, such as optional ads or purchases, we'll update this page and the date above before that version is released, and say what is collected and why.
